Instructions for Snail Mail Orders
Even with all the advantages that the internet offers, the "old-fashioned" business of Mail Order is alive and well.
We receive a number of letters each day in the PO Box so this email is for the benefit of anyone thinking about sending payment through the mail.
The first thing you are going to want to do is give us a call:(1-800-978-0206) The reason being is that we can then answer any questions you might have and get you the proper total.
This is important because in the past we have received several orders through the mail which were for incorrect amounts - the two most prevalent reasons are forgetting to add either S&H or neglecting to factor in tax.
An incorrect total means having to take a lot more time to track down the person and get it filled in, etc., etc., which delays the shipping time.
Also, if you do want to order by phone, it is a much easier process than sending a letter.
In any case, contact us first so we can get you the total.
Please make out checks or other forms of payment to me, John Wood.
With your order, also please include the following:
1. Your name
2. Your Shipping Address (please make sure to include apartment numbers)
3. Your Email address and Contact Phone Number
4. The items you are interested in ordering
5. Any other relevant information we might need to ship your order
(You would be surprised how many times someone forgets to include their shipping address) Also, please know that we will not ship any order without complete payment and contact info.
If you are located overseas, the process is essentially the same although your best bet is to email us first instead of calling.
Once we receive your payment, we will ship as quickly as possible, we generally get your order in the mail within 24 hours.
We make this process as simple as possible so that we can get your items to you as quickly as possible.
