Our daily email newsletter has been called one of the best sources of workout ideas, training tips and other bits of valuable information on the 'net. In fact, all the "heavy hitters" of the strength world count themselves among our several thousand members.

We have had a record number of new signups in the last few weeks but I would like to take this opportunity to fill everyone in on a recent update regarding our list that new members should be aware of.

Now, the reason I am writing today is because the company that handles our emails has recently instituted a new policy which we wholeheartedly agree with.
