GREAT GYMS V

Hi John, This is my home gym, a typically no-nonsense “garage” gym. It’s small but it includes a power rack, a bench, 500+ lbs. in plates, 1 barbell, 3 dumbbells, 2’’ chin bars, dip bars (= 2 beams), sandbags, 2½ thick bar handles, gymnastic rings, sledgehammer, expander, COC Grippers/Ivanko grippers and more... I design and make most of my gym equipment including the power rack, bench, barbells, dumbbells and most of the equip you see in the pics.
