Can I use your Gift Cards on all of your websites?
Yes, you can use our gift cards to purchase any items listed on any of our websites: www.functionalhandstrength.com, www.oldtimestrongman.com,

Do I have to use all of my Gift Card funds in a single order?
As the cards are reloadable, you may use any amount on your gift card at any time,
so if you would like to split up the funds over the course of several orders, you may certainly do so.
Can I check the available funds on my Gift Card?
Yes, you may do so online any time of day or night. Full instructions and
login information are printed directly on the gift cards and will also be included seperately
with each Gift Card.
Can I get a refund for any unused funds on my Gift Card?
We do not offer refunds on Gift Cards for any reason. Gift Card funds can only be used
for store credit.
Is a replacement card available if my Gift Card is lost, stolen or destroyed?
We strongly recommend keeping your Gift Card in a safe and secure location but
we do have the capability to furnish a replacement card in case of loss or damage. We keep track of all Gift Card
balances and transactions with a secure, online database so all activities usage will be fully documented at all
times.
Does the gift card have an expiration date?
Our Gift Cards do not have an expiration date. You may use the funds placed on any Gift Card at
any time once it has been activated.
Are there any fees associated with the card balance?
We do not charge any fees whatsoever for funds placed on the Gift Cards. Funds in an
account will not decrease unless they are used.
