At FHS, we strive to have the very best and most informative website in the strength business but
we also realize that even with all the information we provide, there is nothing like being able to contact a live
person to ask a question or place an order.
Our email and phone services are top-notch and please do not hesitate to contact us by either of those
methods if you prefer -- however -- modern technology now makes it possible to have live
customer service support just a click away.
On the right you will see our new live support button, simply click it and a chat box will
open up. Once you log in, you will then be able to talk to one of our operators who will answer all questions
or assist you with anything else that you may need. This button will also indicate when our operators
are available and in the near furture our regular availablility hours will be posted. Also
keep in mind that if an operator is offline, you can leave a message, comment or concern
and we can follow up shortly.
Please remember that this service is reserved for answering customer service and/or product
related questions only. If you have a specific training question, your best choice of action is to send us an
email or visit this page and we
can place it in the queue to be answered either in our daily emails or on the blog.
To use this service:
just hit the "chat now" button on the right and a small window will pop up on your screen.
After a moment a representative will introduce herself. Type in your question, hit the submit button and you
are on your way. Remember, unlike email, there are no delays with live chat so you will receive an
immediate answer.
You do not need to
install any software and this function should work on any computer. Also keep in mind that all correspondence
using this function is encrypted and will be kept private.
I'm sure there will be some bugs to work out as we get used to this new system but in either
case, if you need anything else, just give us a shout.
