I have learned to expect the unexpected on a daily basis ~ and this morning brought something I never would have guessed. Since early this morning we had been getting a rush of traffic from MSN for the terms "grip and forearm training for rock climbers" but we couldn't figure out where it was coming from.
Finally, someone clued us in on what is going on.
This morning Microsoft unveiled a new version of their live search engine, something with what they call "hot spots" which contain relevant searches for the specific background image they feature.
In any case, our friends at MSN decided to kick things off with a rock climbing picture and functionalhandstrength.com is featured prominently -- see for yourself:

Go to www.live.com and mouse over the little guy on the right and you'll be taken to a search -- and we are the #1 result.
Needless to say this is quite an honor.
And, in an interesting coincidence, we have been getting quite a few recent notes asking for more information about grip training for rock climbing.
I have some more things to add but for right now if this is something that you are interested in learning more about, check out this page: Grip Training for Rock Climbers
... Yeah, It's good to be the lead dog...
Train hard,
