We've been going back through the website and taking a look at some products/pages that havent been updated for quite some time.
With our new digital camera and video game capabilities, there's no excuse for not having more media for you, so be on the lookout for a lot of new pictures and other surprises in the coming weeks.
One of the pages that needed some work was for Dr. Ken's Log Bar which has been one of my favorite pieces of equipment for a long time now. A lot of folks find that they can do certain exercises much more comfortably with parallel handles as opposed to a straight bar.
The parallel handles seem to lend themselves particular well to many kinds of pressing -- it's easier on the shoulders I have been told.
I have found that there are few better tricep builders than an overhead press with the Log Bar although I would have to say my absolute favorite movement with it is the hammer curl.
The hammer curl is great for building the brachioradialis, that notty muscle just above the elbow. Yes, theres many other exercises you can do with a Log Bar, its actually quite a versitile piece of equipment.
Look for some video footage on the log bar coming up shortly too...
Train hard,
John Wood

Around here we subscribe to the concept of “Kaizen!” – or the process of continual and gradual improvement in all areas. This is why you will see the site grow and change on a daily basis, it's because theres always something we can make just a little bit better.
Anyhow, the reason I am writing to you today is that we recently updated our manila climbing ropes page to be a little more descriptive and to include some of our more frequently asked questions.
We sell more top-quality manila climbing ropes than anyone else on the net, so yeah, we know our stuff.
And in case youre wondering, our ropes are being used by serious athletes all over the world. From Fort Bragg, to Fallujah, to the University of Texas, to the Michigan State Spartans and a whole lot more.
So, when it comes to climbing ropes, you can go with some off-brand found elsewhere or you can go with the choice of the Pros...
