Question: When should I move up from one level to the next on the Captains of Crush grippers?

Answer:

A good rule of thumb to go by is that when you can close a gripper for twenty good reps, you are ready for the next level. However, we do recommend having a complete set of grippers available so that you have a variety of training options including high-rep and negative style techniques. More information is available with a Gripper Training E-mail Newsletter membership which is free with every Hand Gripper purchased from FHS.
