Question: I'm chomping at the bit to get started with my new climbing ropes - how long will it take for me to get them delivered?

Answer:

We can't blame you for being anxious to get started with your climbing ropes...they are definitely a great training tool. All of our ropes are custom made of the finest materials, so there is a (brief) turnaround time on all rope orders. We place your order with our rope manufacturer immediately after we receive it, and estimate a turnaround time of 10-14 business days.

Highly specialized rope orders, such as those involving woven knots or unconventional lengths, may take slighty longer to produce. Our rope manufacturer is very reliable about completing orders in a timely fashion, which is one of the reasons we have chosen to do business with them. The other main reason being: they simply make the best ropes.
