What is the Shipping and Handling charge on my sandbag order?
Answer:
Shipping & handling for our sandbags is based on weight, destination and whether your address is residential or commercial.
Given the wide range of these parameters, each sandbag order must be calculated individually.
Orders weighing under 75 lbs. (combined weight) will ship via Fed-EX, orders with
a combined weight of over 75 lbs. will ship common carrier i.e. via truck.
Please keep in mind that for all orders that ship via truck, you will save considerably on shipping by ordering
many bags at once.
For example, S& H to a residential California address for 150 pounds of sandbags
will be approximately $180.
However, increasing the total weight to 500 pounds only increase the S&H by
approximately $100 so it makes sense to order as many bags as possible at the
same time.
PLEASE NOTE:Due to increased ordering during the summer months, our manufacturer has now informed us that there will be a 4-6 week lead time necessary for all
bag orders. If you need your bags by a certain date, please take this into consideration and plan ahead.
