Starting bag size really depends on the overall strength and fitness level of the individual athlete who is using it.
For a fit, active, adult looking to be able to do the greatest number of exercises comfortably with the bag, we would recommend starting with the Medium (26 lbs.) Bulgarian Training Bag. Once you master that size, you can move on to the Larger Bags for power or the Smaller Bags for variety. Note that we now offer an Extra Large Bulgarian Bag which is not pictured at right. Your best option would probably be to purchase multiple bags of different sizes which will allow for variety in your fitness program as well as enable you to save on shipping in the longrun. |
