My DVD won't play, what should I do?
Answer:
The first thing to do would be to inspect the DVD for dirt, scratches or fingerprints as a result of improper handling.
The second thing to do is to try to play the DVD on multiple players to see if the problem is with your technology.
If it does not play after trying it several times, please contact us. All DVDs are shipped in working order.
You have one week from the receipt date to report scrathed or defective discs. Please contact us as soon as possible.
No exchanges will be made once the seven day time period has lapsed.
