Question: What service do you use to ship your products?

Answer:

Domestic orders shipped from the Functional Hand Strength office are shipped via United States Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail. We can offer USPS Express shipping if interested. Overseas orders are shipped USPS Priority, with rates depending on package weight and destination.

Larger training items are shipped as follows: Log Bars and Sandbags are shipped FED-EX or via common carrier depending on weight, Climbing ropes, climbing rope accessories, Bulgarian Bags, and Black Iron Thick Bars are shipped via UPS. All orders shipped directly from FHS are usually in the mail within 48 hours of the order placement. Orders for specialty items are placed with the manufacturer within 24 hours of placement through us and shipped accordingly. Normal turnaround time for specialty items are as follows:

Log Bars: 6 to 8 weeks
Black Iron Thick Bars 6 to 8 weeks
Sandbags: 10-14 business days
Climbing Ropes 10-14 business days
Bulgarian Bags 10-14 business days
