First, please check your e-mail inbox, trash, and spam folders to see if you received an e-mail with a tracking number.

If you haven't, your product has either not been shipped or the estimated shipping time hasn't passed. (Please check either customer service e-mails from Karen or daily email announcements from John to see if there is a specific reason why your product may be delayed.)
