"Sandbag Surprise"

...Something to take your sandbag
training to a whole new level

Curls with a Heavy-Duty Duffel bag are INTENSE - Grab and Rip!
Click PLAY above to see a short video of our new sandbags and duffel bag in action!
(this video has sound)

Sandbags are a great training tool, but they still have one big limitation...you can't "add weight" like you can with a barbell - which means progression can be an issue.

An easy way to overcome this issue is to add a simple duffel bag into the equation. The bag can be filled progressively with different-sized sandbags as you grow stronger - but keep in mind that the duffel bag also takes sandbag training to a whole new level in and of itself.

Sure, you can load up the duffel bag HEAVY if you like, for shouldering, loading, carrying, bear hugging, etc., but you can also train "normally" with basic exercises - and the addition of grabbing the loose cloth (instead of a barbell) simply cannot be beat for building incredible finger strength.

This has obvious value for football players who often may have to make a tackle with only a handful of jersey, or martial artists grabbing a gi...

Of course, ALL athletes will benefit greatly from building this kind of finger strength.

Yeah.. you could go buy one, but let me send you a free one instead

As a result of these unique possibilities, and as a special bonus for everyone who orders (or has already ordered) a FULL SET of our new sandbags thus far, I am including a heavy-duty duffel bag FREE of charge. Yes, you can order a duffel bag separately if you like, but to get the full capabilities of sandbag training, you'll really need a full set. And if you already own the full set, nice move - the duffel bag will give you even more options for your training, many of which you will see in the above video.

Neither Secret nor "Never-Before-Seen" ... just a practical
solution to a few common problems ~ and a good idea

Now, people ask us all the time if we can make a heavier sandbag for them than the sizes we already offer. The thing about really heavy sandbags (100-200+ pounds) is that you can use them for some exercises but not others, they are cumbersome to get into position to train with, to store, and to ship, and you can't adjust the weight if you need to so your exercise choice is going to be limited. So, if you want heavy - load up the duffel bag with your full set of sandbags and you have a 140+ pound odd object to "play" with. Go heavier if you like with even more bags, either way you can load or unload it at your leisure. Think of the sandbags as "plates" and the duffel bag as the "bar" ... and you would be surprised at just how heavy a hundred pounds can feel...

As for the duffel bags themselves, they are standard military issue, reinforced stitched canvas with heavy steel buckles and clips. You couldn't bust 'em if you tried. Use 'em for training or to store your gear, either way, if you ordered a full set of bags, your free duffel bag will be in the mail this afternoon. And if you haven't yet taken action and want to get started, here's where you'll want to go immediately: ORDER PAGE
