Want to learn steel bending from the Pros?

Dear Friend,

Throughout the history of the “Old Time” Strongman, one of the most popular feats has been to bend steel. This took many forms. Maybe it was twisting horseshoes, bending spikes, breaking chains or even scrolling where a longer piece of steel is bent into artistic shapes.

Steel bending isn’t for everyone but whether you want to train for it or not, one thing is for sure, steel bending is one of the most visually impressive feats of strength out there and if you want to make a big impression on people, that’ll do it.

This is a very extreme use of hand strength.

Needless to say, this has been an area of training that there just isn’t that much information on, let alone some of the things that beginners would need to know right out of the box.

Obviously it is going to take a crusher grip and some super strong wrists but do you know how many different kinds of steel there are or what to ask for at the hardware store?

When we had Pat Povilaitis and Dennis Rogers on a telephone- seminar a while ago, I had no idea they were going to cover as much steel bending training information as they did. We had some great questions that our listeners sent in and sure enough, Pat and Dennis answered every single one of them. For over an hour and a half, Pat and Dennis covered the exercises they use, the routines they do and how often they train...

I mean, how the heck would you train to hold back two airplanes or bend a red nail with 300 pounds of granite in your lap? Dennis and Pat told us how they train for these feats.

It was truly one of the most informative sessions I have ever been a part of.

Well after the seminar was over, our switchboard lit up like the fourth of July. People could not get enough of hearing what these two had to say. They wanted to know if they could get a recording and when we could get them on the next teleseminar.

Now, you’ve heard me talk before about the value of a good teacher, someone to keep you motivated, to keep you on task and also to show you the way. We all know what if feels like to be confused and it isn’t fun. I wasn’t planning on it but we after we got such a great response that I am going to release the to this telephone - seminar on CD.

Dennis Rogers gets over $300 per hour for personalized strongman feats instruction but he agreed to let us release this telephone seminar for a limited time only because he wants to keep some of the Old Time strength feats alive. This seminar, which we had to split up over 3 CDs is a great opportunity to learn from not one but two masters and super strong guys.

Now you can listen again and again picking up the small details that will make a big difference in your training. Imagine having Pat Povilaitis and Dennis Rogers as your own private steel bending instructors!

Surf over to this page for more information.

We did have a few folks on the call remember the *magic* word so they will receive this 3 - CD set as a special gift from us. Those of you who have already pre-ordered the 336 Pounds of Fury DVD abut were not on the call are still eligible to receive these recordings at a drastically reduced price. Send us an email for details.

P.S. Dennis Rogers never let the "I can't" mindset hold him back. Heck, as a freshman in High school he was 4'11" tall and weighed 79 pounds. Today, he is one of the strongest men in the world. You can check out his awesome new nail driving DVD here
