The Finger Fitness Program -
In College, Greg Irwin found himself frustrated as he worked toward his degree in Music Education. While he was certainly
very talented, he was having problems with finger coordination when he practiced the piano and other instruments. As fate would have it, Greg passed the time at his day job with a series of finger movements and exercises that he came up with. After a few weeks of doing this, Greg noticed that his musical skills improved dramatically. Over the next few years, Greg continued to practice these movements. While working as a musician and music teacher he also learned many more of these "finger tricks" from some of his students. It was at this time that he realized that he had enough exercises collected to create a complete hand exercise program. While there actually was a little bit of material available, after talking to many hand surgeons, physical therapists and sports medicine professionals he found there were no complete programs available for advancing the ordinary hand to higher levels of strength, coordination and flexibility. This is the only training program ever developed specifically devoted to improving finger dexterity. More Info |
