The World's Best Hand & Grip Strength Training Instruction
"For Super Studs Only"
A NEW Challenge...
It's been around a year since we debuted Ivan Ivanov's Bulgarian Training Bags and a LOT has happened since then...
The University of Iowa's wrestling coach, Tom Brands, got a set - and Iowa went on to win the NCAA's just a few months
back. Ivan's Greco-Roman wrestling teams have been using them for well over a year, and won the
World Championship for the U.S. for the first time ever!
In fact, at this moment, just about every competitive Greco-Roman Wrestler in the country is training with Bulgarian Training Bags.
We've also had mixed martial artists and Division-I college football teams order sets, as well as
police academies and fire departments and anyone else looking to build an unusual kind of strength...
Something different than barbells and dumbbells, bodyweight training, even kettlebells...
Until now, Bulgarian Training Bags have come in four different weights: Extra Small (11 pounds),
Small (17 pounds), Medium (26 pounds), and Large (37 pounds).
These sizes are plenty for most athletes, but a few wanted something more...
Ivan asked around and he found that some athletes had become so strong
that they had "outgrown" even the Large size bag, so he went back to the drawing board and
created a new challenge: The EXTRA-LARGE Bulgarian Bag!
Introducing the EXTRA-LARGE Bulgarian Training Bag
Made of the same high-quality leather and durable stitching that all of the other
sizes of Bulgarian Bags have, the new EXTRA-LARGE size Bulgarian Bag weighs in at a massive
50 Pounds - Yeah, it's BIG!
And also like the other sizes of Bulgarian Bags, the straps on the EXTRA-LARGE Bags are
color coded, in this case Brown, making them perfect for coaching a large group of athletes.
The unique shape of the bag is designed to allow for upper and lower body training
and the three different types of handles allow athletes to execute
a variety of sport-specific exercises by using the different grips.
You see, "weight room" strength exists in straight lines - in
the bench press, the squat, the deadlift, etc. - the bar moves in a straight line. But the body functions
in a rotational manner, a manner which can be trained with the Bulgarian Bags.
But, Read THIS Before You Order:
I'm going to be very up front with you: the XL probably isn't the right-sized bag for you. You might
think 50 pounds doesn't sound very heavy, but it is...especially for the kind of training
you will be doing with it.
Unless you already own, have trained with, and are proficient with all the other bag sizes,
I highly recommend starting with no heavier than
the
Medium Bulgarian Bag. Just so you know, I do most of my training with the Medium size bag, and I
bring in the heavier-sized bags only for a few different exercises...DO NOT start with the XL bag, it will
be far too heavy for you.
Please keep in mind that the heavier the bag, the more limited your exercise choices
will be, which is why I suggest starting lower and building from there. Every Bulgarian Bag order
comes with a NEW training DVD featuring over 30 different exercises and workouts performed by Ivan
Ivanov and his athletes.
So, if you're a real stud, and ready for a new challenge, get the EXTRA-LARGE Bag and have at it...
