I found this show recently and enjoyed it a lot. I believe running (or other conditioning work) is one of the most important things you can do — regardless of your fitness goals. Many people don’t like conditioning work — and some outright hate it — but “just doing it” will benefit you in innumerable ways. Grab a cold one and watch this documentary — then lace up your shoes and go for a run.
