How to Check on an Order
The vast majority of our orders ship directly from the FHS office in Ann Arbor, Michigan within 24-48 hours after they are placed. If you placed an order for some hand grippers or the hand-balancing course on a Monday, it should be in the mail and on the way to you later on that day and will arrive at your door possibly as soon as Wednesday (depending on where you live.)

Once in a great while, extenuating circumstances might lead to a necessary extra day or two to ship an order but as a matter of principle, we strive to get all “in stock” orders out as quickly as we possibly can.

We ship by USPS priority mail and you will receive a tracking number through email as soon as your order is packed for shipment. The subject line is “Package Shipped to You” and you will be able to check and/or follow the enclosed tracking number at the USPS.com website to get an idea of how far along your package is and when the expected delivery time will be.

If you don’t receive the tracking number email, please check back with us and we can look into things for you. (Please make sure to whitelist our email address to ensure deliverability.

Some of our larger products, such as Log Bars and climbing ropes, ship directly from the manufacturer and have a specific and necessary lead time since they are made “to order.” Please reference the product info page for expected turn around times as this info is specifically listed there.

Now, if it it ever should become necessary to check on an order, please feel free to contact us any time. When referencing an order, it will be easier for us to look up the order using the last name of the person who placed the order rather than an order number.
