International Ordering Instructions
Thank you for contacting us about placing an international order. Let me walk you through this process so that everyone is on the same page and knows what to expect. You will be responsible for the following information as we go through the process so please do take a few moments to thoroughly read the following. (Don’t worry, it’s very easy to understand.)

1. First of all, if you have not already done so, please contact us for a shipping quote for the items that you would like to order. This is necessary because the shipping amount depends on order weight AND destination which means it has to be calculated manually for each shipping request we receive. Our online shopping cart does NOT calculate international shipping correctly, and if you place an international order through the shopping cart, this will result in a delay in processing your order.

With me so far? Good, let’s continue:

2. For payment, we accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. We also accept payment through PayPal.

Again, our shopping cart does not figure international shipping correctly, so placing your order through our website will result in the delay of processing your order.

3. As you go through the site other products may catch your eye, and that’s fine; it will behoove you to combine items when placing an international order.

However, please be aware that if you end up ordering more than what was quoted to you in the e-mail (i.e. you add products to your order) the shipping price may change.

4. The shipping price that we provide does not include any duties, fees or taxes that you may have to pay on receipt of your items. Because these fees are charged after the package has left our control, we have no way of knowing how much they might be. Please check with your local postal authorities to calculate these amounts if they are applicable. Furthermore, the prices listed and quoted are in U.S. Dollars. 5. When you are ready to place your order, please contact us directly by phone or email. We will need your credit card information (number, expiration and three- or four-digit CVV code), shipping and billing address. If you would prefer to place the order by PayPal, please let us know that, and we will happily send you a PayPal request.

6. Once we have successfully charged your card, or received a completed PayPal request, we will get your order processed and shipped. All lead times for products listed on the site are from the time we successfully receive payment and process your order.

7. A receipt for your order will be included with all orders that ship directly from us. If you would like an electronic copy, or are not sure if one will be included with your order, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.

8. Please check over your order thoroughly to make sure it is exactly what you want and the shipping information is correct. If there are any mistakes or corrections, please contact us immediately.

9. You may order any items off of any of our websites in the same shopping cart/order. Again, please contact us with a complete list and we can advise you from there.

10. Orders containing multiple items whose weight exceeds 2 pounds (approximately 1 kg) may be eligible for flat rate shipping. This service will allow us to include several more items in the box or envelope with minimal increases in shipping price. As there is plenty of room in the shipping materials, we would strongly recommend ordering as many items as you can with each order since it will be the most economical way to order in the long run.To illustrate this, the shipping and handling fee for both of the orders in the picture will be exactly the same, so it will make a lot more sense, financially speaking, to order as many items as you can at once. 11. International orders that ship directly from us, ship by USPS Priority Mail International. Generally, these orders take about two weeks for delivery — however, this can change based on how long it takes the package to clear customs. When we ship your package, you will receive an email with an international customs declaration number that is trackable on the US Postal Service website. If it has been over four weeks and you have questions about the delivery of your package, please contact us and we can look into it for you.

12. Orders that drop-ship directly from the manufacturer (i.e. larger items) usually ship by UPS Ground, and cannot be delivered to a PO Box. When we receive tracking information from the manufacturer, we will forward it to you. If you have a question about how your package will be delivered, please contact us, and we will answer any questions you might have.
