When you talk to our operator, you’ll need to provide your a) list of items, b) name, shipping and billing address, and c) contact information (phone and email address). Once we know the specifics of your order, our operator will calculate the shipping cost based on your location and give you the order total (this make take a few minutes.) As far as payment, you’ll then need to provide us with your credit card information (card number, expiration date and security code). We can alternately send you a paypal request, if that is what you prefer.
Once we receive your full payment, we will pack your items and ship accordingly if they are “in stock” or place the order with our manufacturer for larger equipment.
