Shipping Methods
How do we ship our products? …it depends on the items in the order and where they might be going.

Smaller items, such as hand grippers, books, dvds, etc., ship from our office in Michigan by USPS Priority mail. This shipping method is both insured and also provides delivery confirmation. Signature confirmation is available for an extra fee. Delivery time depends on how far the order has to travel. As a rule of thumb, orders shipped by USPS priority mail take about about 2-3 days to arrive to locations east of the Mississippi river, while destinations west of the Mississippi rriver generally take 3-4 days to arrive.

For an extra fee, we do offer USPS Express Next-Day shipping which is guaranteed by noon or 3pm the next day (depending on when the order was placed in the mail — Express orders shipped before noon will arrive before noon on the following the day. Express orders shipped after noon will arrive by 3pm on the following day.)

Larger items, such as climbing ropes and Log Bars, which ship directly from their respective manufacturers, ship by UPS or Fedex. We ship by “Ground” method by default but faster options are available for an additional cost.

In the event that your order contains both large and small items, or a piece of equipment which also has a training guide, the equipment will ship by UPS or Fedex from the manufacturer and the remainder of the order will ship from our office by USPS first class mail.

VERY large orders consisting of many large items generaly ship by common carrier depending on item total and order weight.
