I always taking about making things as simple as possible, of course, I'm usually taking about training, but I also fully believe that everything should be made as simple as possible.
Tis better for all involved.
Theres nothing worse than seeing something on a website that I would like to order and finding the ordering procedure difficult or confusing. (Or never having emails or phonecalls answered)
More often than not I just throw my hands up in frustration and go elsewhere -- and it ain't fun.
In any case, it is my goal to make reaching any goal, whether training related or ordering related, as simple as possible for you and for me.
Let me give you a good example:
This morning we got a call from someone who was trying to order a set of hand grippers off the website. He mentioned that he was having a little trouble so he decided to call instead. - Good move.
Chris promptly took his order over the phone so no problem there, but the important thing of it was that there was, in fact, a problem with the order button on the website.
After some checking, we found that three of the order buttons on that page were not working correctly.
In any case, it is now fixed.
The foundation of what we do here is built on constant improvement even at the simplest, most basic level. We want to provide the most convenient website "experience" we possibly can.
