Email Whitelist Instructions

We have received rave reviews for the material we send out through our daily emails. Workout Tips, Training Techniques, Tips and Tricks, Inspirational Stories, News and Announcements — we run the gamut.

However, technology IS and can be a factor in being able to receive our email correspondence — in order to make it easier for you to do so, it you’ll need to “whitelist” our email address. This is simply a notification from you to your mail provider that anything received from our email address is valid and important to you so it does not end up an a spam or trash folder or some other internet rabbit hole.

The whitelisting process is extremely easy, it usually can be accomplished within a few clicks. Here are the specifics of a few different email providers. This list is far from complete and we will continue to add new service providers as needed.

Let us know if your email provider is not shown and we will be sure to add it and if you have any questions, be sure to let us know.

Gmail

1. Open an email from John Wood/info@functionalhandstrength.com that you want to whitelist.
2. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to “reply.”
3. Click Add John Wood to contacts list to finish.

AOL

1. Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. Enter info@functionalhandstrength.com and additional information if you wish.
4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.

If your email service provider is not listed here, let us know and we will be happy to look into the whitelist instructions for them and get back to you.
IMPORTANT:
One last detail of critical importance insofar as email is concerned: email deliverability can be a fickle beast, at times, our autoresponder may mark certain email addresses as “invalid” when we know perfectly well they are fine. This seems to happen a lot with cable-related email addresses.

If you find that you are not receiving our emails and did not otherwise unsubscribe or mark an email as spam, please contact us and we can hopefully figure out what the problem is and get things back on track.
