I just got word of some exciting news from the folks over at Iron Mind -- you know about their certification for closing their #3 and #4 grippers right?

Well they just announced that they are going to open up a new list for their 3.5 level gripper which I think is a great idea.

I've closed it in the past, but not consistently, so now that's going to be my prioroty this summer -- Ill let you in on a few techniques that Ill be using at a later date. And you know when I do it, it will be done in a way where theres no
question at all as to who is the big dog...

Summer Business Hours

Just a quick note so everyone is on the same page: I wanted to make it clearly and completely known that our summer business hours are currently from 8 am until 6 pm est on Monday thru Thursday and 8-4 est on Fridays.

So yes, if you want to talk to a real live person (here is the USA!) for questions or to place an order, thats the time when you can do it.

The reason I bring this up is that for the past few weeks we have had an unusually large number of calls after 6m with nearly all of them being hang-ups.

Why anyone would think there was someone in the office after 6 pm I dont know, but if you are going to make the effort to give us a call, may as well leave a message so we can get back to you.
